ABOUT CONDUCTING A BINARY LECTURE AT THE DEPARTMENT OF ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL BUSINESS

According to the plan of educational work of the Department of Organization and Management of Pharmaceutical Business for the 2024-2025 academic year, an open binary lecture is planned for March 12, 2025 for 4th-year students majoring in 6B10106 - "Pharmacy" in the discipline "Management and Economics of Pharmacy-2" on the topic: "Accounting for Labor and Wages". The lecture was attended by practitioners: Senior Accountant of JSC "SKMA" Saurukova Mayra Akhatzhapbarovna, Director of the Association for the Support of Pharmaceutical Activities in the Turkestan Region and Shymkent Alzhanova Khadisha Derbisovna.
The purpose of the binary lecture was to actively involve students in the thought process and develop students' complex thinking. By involving practical workers: an accountant of the institution and a specialist in pharmaceutical practice, a binary lecture helps to improve the quality of assimilation of educational material, as well as to activate cognitive activity, which is important for the preparation of a modern pharmacist.
Lecturer Utegenova G.I. covered in detail the issues of labor and wages in pharmaceutical organizations, gave the main provisions on the legal regulation of labor relations in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Accountant of JSC "SKMA" Saurukova M.A. acquainted students with the calculation of wages and deductions from wages. Alzhanova Kh.D. informed about the problems of labor relations between employees and employers in the pharmaceutical field.
The open binary lecture was held in the presence of the commission members: senior methodologist of the UMC Aldabergenova G.S. Members of the AC - Anarbaeva R.M., Mamytbaeva K.Zh., Shimirova Zh.K. and others.
Thus, the binary lecture of the SKMA teacher and practitioners in the form of a dialogue was an innovative approach in the teaching process and will allow a comprehensive and deep understanding of the problems being studied, their connection with modern reality.
