“A Heart Made of Poetry"

On April 17, 2025, a poetry evening "Zhuregі zhyrdan zharalgan" was held by the teacher of the Department of General Education Disciplines A. A. Isabekova and the staff of the city universal library named after A. S. Pushkin, dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Kazakh poet, people's writer of Kazakhstan Tumanbai Moldagaliyev.
A video dedicated to the life and work of the poet was shown, and a book exhibition was presented during the poetry evening. At the poetry evening, the poet's poems were recited based on questions, logical games were played, and the poet's widely popular song "Kustar kaityp barady" was performed. Students of the medical and nursing groups took an active part, read the poet's poems and were awarded letters of appreciation.
The main goal of the event was the special place of Tumanbai Moldagaliyev in Kazakh poetry, the ability to love poetry, appreciate it, instill poetic talent in the hearts of students, explain the meaning and significance of the poet's verses, and introduce the depths of the poet's legacy. The poet, who left an immeasurably great legacy, will undoubtedly remain forever in the hearts of the Kazakh people.
