A country that respects its elders is truly worthy. After all, it is the elderly, like the sages, who are the bearers of life experience, spiritual wealth and kindness. They lift the spirit, give inspiration and joy of life even with one word or look.
For this noble purpose, on 23.04.2025, curators Tugelbay A.N., Shorayeva N.B. of the Physical Education Center and curators Sabitov T.Zh., Burkhan E.Zh. of the Department of "Social and Humanitarian Disciplines" organized a ceremonial event at the Center for Special Social Services No. 10 in Shymkent on the theme "A country that respects its elders is worthy."
At the intergenerational meeting, where representatives of the older generation and current students met, an atmosphere of respect, warmth and mutual understanding reigned. More than 40 students from the groups ВM-MШ-09-23, ВM-MШ-12-23 and В-ТФП-05-23 demonstrated their skills and creativity, giving the audience an unforgettable experience. The students were also provided with the necessary food products.
The purpose of the event: to instill in young people the noble qualities inherent in our people: respect for elders, caring attitude towards parents and ancestors, education in the spirit of traditions, obedience, the ability to distinguish good from evil and learn from folk wisdom and proverbs.
Such meetings play a huge role in the formation of moral values, strengthen the spiritual connection between generations and help young people to better understand the importance of continuity and respect for historical roots.
