Legal security department

Legal security department was established in 2011 on the basis of Rector’s order of Republican state enterprise on the basis of economic keeping rights “South - Kazakhstan State Pharmaceutical Academy” of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan №110-order dated 07.11.2011.

Legal security department of Republican state enterprise on the basis of economic keeping rights “South - Kazakhstan Medical Academy” of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan is an organisation department of SKMA, providing legal provision of SKMA activities.

LSD activities are under the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, normative organizational and administrative documents of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of RK and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Academy charter, internal documents of SKMA, orders and directives of Rector and Vice-rector of SKMA, as well as LSD provision.

The main goals and objectives of LSD

The main objectives of LSD are: 

• Ensuring compliance with the law in the activities of SKMA and legal protection of its interests in relations with public authorities and governments, contractors under contracts and employees;

• Maintain claims work of SKMA and representation in courts.

 

Functions of the department:

• Represents the interests of SKMA in government agencies, departments and other organizations, as well as in courts;

• On behalf of SKMA authority LSD cooperates with central and local authorities, other public bodies on legal support of SKMA;

LSD provides contractual and legal and claims work of SKMA.
